Bent River Camembert Cheese

camembertThis is the first cheese from a young Minnesota creamery founded in 2008. Keith Adams, formerly a baker, uses organic milk from a nearby farm to make this luscious camembert. Named after a bend in the Minnesota River this soft, flavorful cheese imparts savory notes of broccoli & cauliflower with a pleasant, toothsome rind.
