Red Lotus Cocktail; The distinct flavor of lychee is accented with the lighter taste of cranberry. It is an interesting play of flavors that is both intensely sweet and delicately refreshing. The lychee nut is a prized fruit in China and has a rough, red exterior that must be peeled. The inside looks similar to a peeled grape and has a flavor similar to grapes combined with watermelon.
