Baked Orange Custard


  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1.5 tsp orange zest
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in bowl and blend well. Pour the mixture into custard cups and place in a pan of hot
  3. Bake until a knife can be inserted in the center and come out clean, about 30-50 minutes.
