Cheese Lovers Class

Ever been lulled by the siren call of the cheese case? All those wedges milky goodness staring back at you and making your mouth water… but then panic sets in. Will you like that creamy yellow-white round of…cheese? You really don’t know what to call it other than Cheese… Is it a Brie or a …. Cheddar…. Or?
You might know a few types of cheese and know you like one kind or another but you may not be sure what others will tempt your pallet or leave you running for the door. Well Rype & Readi’s cheese lovers class will answer many of your questions.
A variety of cheeses will be sampled and discusses – includes wine paring!
This demonstration style class will be held at the Rype & Readi DOWNTOWN FARM MARKET. 6:00pm – 9:00 pm on the date indicated.
We encourage questions and are happy to answer any cooking related queries during and after the demonstrations.

Rype & Readi Farm Market offers a variety of cooking classes / wine tastings / farm feasts thought the year. We can also customize a private class for you and your friends or colleagues! You’ll not only learn some great recipes, but also a fair amount about culinary techniques and food history while enjoying wines of the region. Classes are pre-paid and non-refundable – nominated substitutes are welcome
