Summer Italian Evening Cooking Class

Rype & Readi Golf Bistro is the set for our summer cooking class series starting with Chef Giuseppe Lupi demonstrating some classic summer Italian dishes!
Spend the evening with like-minded foodies talking with the Chef about his around-the-world culinary experience and growing up in Italy!
Menu will include (subject to change)
- Antipasto mari e monti Breaded Scallops (with shell)
- Octopus and potato salad
- Homemade oregano grissini with prosciutto e melone
- Fregola sarda allo scoglio (mussels – squid – scampi and tomato sauce)
- Swordfish alla siciliana (seared swordfish with cherry tomatoes, TAGGIASCHE olives, capers, and Timo)
- Blackberry Panna cotta
