Rype & Readi Golf Bistro is the set for our summer cooking class series starting with Chef Giuseppe Lupi demonstrating some classic summer Italian dishes!

Spend the evening with like-minded foodies talking with the Chef about his around-the-world culinary experience and growing up in Italy!

Menu will include (subject to change)

  • Antipasto mari e monti Breaded Scallops (with shell)
  • Octopus and potato salad
  • Homemade oregano grissini with prosciutto e melone
  • Fregola sarda allo scoglio (mussels – squid – scampi and tomato sauce)
  • Swordfish alla siciliana (seared swordfish with cherry tomatoes, TAGGIASCHE olives, capers, and Timo)
  • Blackberry Panna cotta

Available with or without wine/cocktail pairing.
