Hibiscus Tea

Makes 1 gallon

2.5 oz by weight Hibiscus tea. Bring to a boil in 1 quart water. Turn off and let steep for 10 minutes. Sweeten with 1 cup honey granules. Stir to dissolve. Mix with 1/2 gallon of ice and 1/2 gallon of water.
