Quick Summer Orange & Champagne Sangria

Looking for a show stopper recipe? Try this one! R&R Chef Jennifer King combines summer’s sweetest offerings with freshly squeezed orange juice and champagne to make the perfect brunch or summer cocktail.

Ingredients:

1 orange, thinly sliced

1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

1 cup diced Peaches

1 cup raspberries (or other berries as you like)

10 large strawberries, sliced

1 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed from Rype & Readi)

1  bottle sweet white wine (Riesling)

1  bottle your favorite champagne

Directions:

  1. Place all fruit and orange juice in a large pitcher or bowl, add wine and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 3 – 24 hours. Right before serving, add champagne.
  2. Taste; if you’d like it to be sweeter, add 1/4 cup granulated sugar, honey, or agave. Serve and enjoy!
